Weekly Brookline real estate update for 7/29/2026–8/5/2026: 20 new for-sale listings, 11 under agreement, 30 closed sales, and 467 active listings.

From July 29 through August 5, 2026, Brookline recorded 30 closed sales and 31 for-sale listings taken off the market. Twenty new for-sale listings entered the market, while rental activity included 46 new listings and 50 closed rentals. At the upper end, four new condos were priced above $2.5 million, alongside two new single-family listings in that range. New on the Market

Twenty new for-sale listings came to market this week across condos, single families, and a multi-family property, with a concentration at the upper end of the price range. The highest-priced entry was 79 Park St #1, a 4-bed, 4-bath condo listed at $4,500,000 with 3,150 square feet. 123 Fuller #B followed at $4,100,000, with 5 beds, 4.5 baths, and 3,502 square feet. A prior listing for the same unit was recorded as taken off the market this week after 43 days, while the new record uses a different listing ID at the same asking price. 40 Stedman Street #0 was listed at $3,948,000 for 4 beds, 3.5 baths, and 2,924 square feet.

On the single-family side, 111 Clinton Road debuted at $3,650,000 with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 4,726 square feet. 44 Valley Rd was listed at $2,850,000 with 6 beds and 2,992 square feet. 25 Leland Rd entered at $995,000 for 3 beds, 1.5 baths, and 1,248 square feet, making it one of the week’s new single-family listings below $1 million. The multi-family entry, 86 Chestnut St, was listed at $1,800,000 with 10 beds across 3,681 square feet.
