The market showed remarkable activity with 40 new listings, spanning from ultra-luxury single families to investment condos, while 19 properties closed during the week.

The week's new listings showcase Brookline's diverse housing landscape, with three properties priced above $9 million leading the charge. The 71 Sears Road property stands out at $11.75 million for its 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 7,502-square-foot design. Close behind, 355 Buckminster Road commands $9.5 million for an impressive 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home spanning 9,500 square feet. The luxury market continues with 80 Dudley Street at $9.45 million, offering 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms in 7,240 square feet.

Under Agreement

Fifteen properties went under agreement this week in the sales market, led by 34 Hyslop Road at $4.25 million after just 7 days on the market. The quick sale demonstrates continued buyer appetite for well-priced luxury properties. 75 Greenough St #2 also found a buyer quickly at $2.999 million after 8 days, while several properties in the $1.2-2.5 million range moved under agreement within 6-17 days.
