Fan Pier Boston
is planned to be a luxury
development of two office buildings,
luxury hotel / residences and condo
tower.$1 Billion in construction
under design marks Fan Pier a
key milestone on Waterfront.
8 blocks of newly
developed land will offer Fan
Pier's Residences high life
quality and vibrant life-style
combining approximately 250,000
square feet of retail, restaurants
and entertainment uses.
The Fan Pier
site will include 1.5 acres of
public green space for the use of
it's residences and office towers
and will part of the Boston Harbor
walk.
The Fan Pier 6
acres, full service marina is
planned to serve 80 boats and will
accommodate luxury yachts up to 200
feet long. The marina will offer
water, electricity, cable hook ups
and pump out facility.
So far, the proposed
buildings are: Fan Pier Condo
Tower, Grand Hyatt Fan Pier
and Hyatt Hotel at Fan Pier.
